Curriculum vitae

Mr Anthony Armstrong trained in Medicine and Surgery. His degrees in both subjects were awarded with Honours. He went on to complete his surgical training in Yorkshire, London and Australia.

During his training he successfully passed the FRCS examination and became a Fellow of  The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He completed his advanced training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Hospitals included The Royal Marsden Hospital, London and Great Ormond Street Hospital, London and Reconstructive Microsurgery at The Royal Brisbane Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, Australia.

Mr Armstrong undertook specific training in Cosmetic Surgery as a Fellow in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery, at The Wellington Hospital, St Johns Wood, London.

Having competed his advanced plastic surgery training  and successfully passed the Intercollegiate Board examination in plastic surgery (FRCS Plast) and was awarded a CCST (Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training). He was entered on to the Specialist Register of The General Medical Council, in Plastic Surgery.

He was appointed as a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon at Heatherwood & Wexham Park Hospitals, Berkshire.

Mr Armstrongs interests include breast surgery and breast reconstruction. He holds a weekly clinic for NHS patients at The Parapet Breast Clinic, King Edward VII Hospital, Windsor.
